Title IX Training

Each year, the Center for Civil Rights & Equal Access, employees, and students participate in training related to the prevention of and response to sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.

Trainings attended by Title IX personnel

Annual training for Center for Civil Rights & Equal Access personnel includes but is not limited to conducting investigations; managing all resolution processes (including informal resolution, where applicable); overseeing hearings and appeals; and serving impartially. Training also covers how to avoid prejudgment of the facts, conflicts of interest, and bias.
