As the community celebrates 10 years of the Innevation Center, the Â鶹´«Ã½AV is spotlighting the people and ideas that have shaped its vibrant community.
Innevation Center member Lindsay Bradley, award-winning people & culture strategist and founder of Guided Arrows, talks about her experience working with the Innevation Center and her focus on supporting the "people side of business."
My name is Lindsay Bradley, and I am the Founder and CEO of Guided Arrows, which is an HR strategy consulting firm providing foundational HR Frameworks to founders, nonprofits and franchisees to help them grow bigger, faster and smarter. I have lived in Northern Nevada since 1999 and am celebrating six years in business this October 2025.
My first experience with the Innevation Center was participating in speaking events for NCET and Reno Startup Week. I love the location and the ability to have a professional space to meet clients for strategy sessions or to get a change of scenery from my home office when I need to focus.
One of my most memorable experiences was having the opportunity to be a Speaker at Reno Startup Week in 2024! I met so many great people during the event and now I get to see a lot of them in the coworking space at the IC.
Having the ability to conduct strategy sessions with clients is one of my favorite things. We can brainstorm and get everything they are thinking on the whiteboard, and make some really great progress with the people side of their business. I would not be able to do that at my home office!
Everyone at the IC is so welcoming and supportive. I love meeting the other founders in the coworking space and events that are put on, whether that be for NCET, Reno Startup Week or even EO Reno-Tahoe. I have been invited to speak at other local events and have built many strategic partnerships because of the people I met while being at an event at the IC.

Being part of the IC community has helped me to continue to build visibility around both my personal and business brand!
I love that I have a space where I can do what I love and continue to build relationships with fellow founders in our community. I would not be able to stay connected as easily if I were always working from home. I am also planning to host a series of workshops on people and culture topics to help the founders who can be found right here in the Innevation Center space!
Looking ahead, I hope to see more people in our community take a chance on their idea - whether it be a product or a service! There are so many people who are willing to support people in all steps of the entrepreneurial journey, and the IC provides a space where valuable connections and resources are available!
My advice to current or future Innevation Center members is to take advantage of what this space has to offer. The more you show up, the more relationships you are able to build, and it only takes one connection to change things for your business in a big way!
