Group registration for the Reno Jazz Festival is now closed, but daytime passes are now available.

Group registration refund policy

  • Through Feb 29: Receive a full refund with the exception of a $50 processing fee per group registration.
  • March 1-April 7: All groups will be charged a 50% cancellation fee per group registration.
  • Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of group registration.
