How to register

Get ready for an unforgettable experience at the Reno Jazz Festival! Group registration provides access to performance reviews, jam sessions, clinics, and concerts.

Step 1: Register your school or group

Please fill out the form below to register your school or group.

Pricing for schools and groups:

  • Band: $950
  • Combo: $500
  • Vocal: $750
  • Washoe County, Lyon County, Nevada County: $250
  • Title I Schools receive 20% off
    • Band: $760
    • Combo: $400
    • Vocal" $600

Step 2: Pay your invoice

Your invoice will be sent to the director's email provided in the registration form.

The invoice must be paid for your group registration to be finalized.

Group registration refund policy

  • Through Feb 29: Receive a full refund with the exception of a $50 processing fee per group registration.
  • March 1-April 7: All groups will be charged a 50% cancellation fee per group registration.
  • Starting April 8: No refunds for cancellation of group registration.
